An admin sets recurring quiet blocks per team and per person, plus rules for what counts as urgent. Team members see a shared week view showing who is protected when, can request an exception with a reason, and admins approve or decline. During a quiet block, a member can capture incoming requests into a queue that is presented back to them afterwards in priority order. Include a personal focus dashboard with streaks and protected hours per week, and a team report on interruptions by source. Use authentication with team membership, and a database for teams, blocks, rules, requests and captured items. Design it serene, spacious and low-contrast.
